How it works
Sign up free
Just your e-mail address. It becomes your webmaster ID and your login on every site we build for you.
Find a business
A shop, salon, food truck, church, band or tradesperson with no website, an old slow one, or only a Facebook page. Ask if they want a better one.
Send a free work order
Their logo, photos, the pages they want and a few websites they like. We build the site in 2 to 3 business days.
Show it and get paid
Show the business their new site and help them make it theirs. They can try it free for 30 days. You charge them for your help.
How you get paid
Your customers pay you, not iNterGine. You set every price, and iNterGine takes no cut.
A set-up fee, once
For getting their site made, checking it with them and showing them how to use it.
A monthly care fee
For keeping it fresh: new photos, opening hours, specials, posts. This is the part that adds up: every customer you keep pays you every month.
Extras
A new page, a booking form, an online store. You quote a price for each job.
Example (your numbers will be your own)
Say you charge $150 to set up a site and $40 a month to look after it. With 5 customers, that is $750 once, then $200 every month for as long as they stay. Pick your own prices: the free Invoice Maker has a price calculator that works them out from your hourly rate.
Example total for the business: $30 a month for the website + your $40 a month care = $70 a month.
The website itself costs the business $360 a year ($30 a month), paid to iNterGine on the site after the free 30-day trial. Or you pay it and include it in your price. Your fees come on top, and they are yours. You collect your money the normal way: an invoice, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, a card, cash or a check.
Want the whole path with real numbers? Your first $150, step by step.
No guaranteed income. What you earn depends on the customers you find, the prices you set and the work you put in.
Straight answers
The questions everybody asks before they start.
Is it really free?
Yes. Joining, the training, the toolkit, the Invoice Maker and work orders cost you nothing. The business pays for its own website: $360 a year ($30 a month), unless you choose to include it in your price.
So how does iNterGine make money?
From the website itself: $360 a year ($30 a month) for each site a business keeps. We keep that price low on purpose, so there is room for you to charge for your help. We only earn when your customer keeps their site, so we want you to succeed.
Do I need to know coding or design?
No. We build the sites. If you can talk to people, take screenshots and fill in a form, you can do this. Short lessons and 30-second how-to videos show you the rest.
What do I need?
An e-mail address and a phone or computer with a web browser. Nothing to buy, nothing to install. You must be 18 or older.
Is this a job? Who is my boss?
It is your own small business, so you are the boss. No interview, no shifts, no quotas. iNterGine does not hire, pay or manage you: your customers pay you for your work.
How much can I make?
That depends on how many businesses you help and what you charge. Nobody can promise you an income. The Training shows how to price your time.
How do I find customers?
Start with places you already know: where you eat, shop, get your hair cut, work out or worship. The Toolkit has messages to copy for talking in person, texting and e-mail.
How fast can I start?
Today. Sign up, read the first lessons and talk to your first business. Their site is ready 2 to 3 business days after you send the work order.
What about taxes?
You are self-employed, so keep a record of what you earn (the Invoice Maker helps) and check the rules where you live. The Training has a lesson on doing it legally.
What if a business says no?
Nothing is owed. A site that nobody subscribes to simply closes by itself when its 30-day trial ends.
